Unfortunately returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will do our best to accommodate you, but there is no return or exchange. When placing a custom order please be sure to include your proper measurement to ensure a proper fit. What if my package is lost or stolen? We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. • ALL orders come with a tracking number. Please be sure to enter the correct mailing address. • If you will not be home you can request your package is held at your local post office or you can request to have a signature for delivery to assure it is given to you directly.
